Child & youth counselling

Growing up can bring feelings that are hard to name. Counselling gives children and young people a place to feel heard and learn ways to cope.

Big feelings. A little more support.

Thoughtful support for children, teens, and the people who care for them.

Support that starts with you.

Sessions can use art, conversation, and writing to connect with a child or teen in ways that feel right for them. The aim is to offer a listening ear and support skills for managing emotions and behaviour.

Families may seek support around grief, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, eating concerns, or difficult experiences. Ask the team how caregivers may be involved and how privacy and consent work for your child’s sessions.
