This website provides information about the practice. It does not ask you to create an account, enter clinical information, or submit a contact form. The website files do not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.
The hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as an IP address, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting logs and their retention depend on the server’s configuration.
Contacting the practice
When you choose an email or telephone link, your device opens the relevant application. Information you choose to send through that channel is shared with the practice and processed by the services involved in delivering it. Please use general enquiries to arrange a conversation and avoid including sensitive clinical details in ordinary email.
The Owl Practice portal
The Client portal link takes you to Spark’s portal on Owl Practice. Account information, communications, and any services available in that portal are handled through Owl and the practice’s clinical processes. Review the notices and agreements provided there. This public website does not receive or store Owl login credentials or client records.
Other external links
Links to maps, social media, and the 9-8-8 helpline open external services. Those services have their own privacy policies. We do not embed their tracking scripts or maps in these website files.
